2What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We pride ourselves on providing amazing quality within each shipment. If you need customer service, please contact us at contact@letfri.com
3What are shipping cost?
Shipping cost are calculated upon check out and priced by the location of your shipment. We offer 1-2 day ground shipping for customers within a 450 mile radius from our location. This ensures the quality of our products. We ship only Monday-Thursday. No shipping goes out during the weekends. *Ice Cream is for pick-up only*
4Are your products gluten-free?
Our Fragrant Waters and Sun Milk are gluten-free.
5Are your products Non-GMO?
Yes, all of our products are Non-GMO.
6Are there any allergens in your products?
Yes, certain products may contain milk, eggs, wheat, and tree nuts. Please refer to our label. Fragrant Water and Sun Milk do not contain any of the major food allergens, including, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, fish, and shellfish.
7 Do you use extracts?
No, we do not use extracts in our Fragrant Water and Sun Milk
8Where do you ship to?
We only ship 450 miles north, south, east, and west from our facility.
9What happens once my packaged is shipped?
Once, your package has shipped and left the Lét Frî facility, we are no longer responsible for lost, misplaced, and/or damaged items. You will have to contact the shipping company for more information.
